Otis Jenkins, stage name Thugnificent, is a recurring character in the series The Boondocks. He is a loud-mouthed rapper known for his freestyle hip-hop adventures and in the Lethal Interjection Crew. Thugnificent, a once-famous rapper and Riley's idol, hails from Terra-Belle, Georgia. He's loud-mouthed, with afro puffs, and his narcissism is unmatched. His white-and-gold mansion is adorned with statues of himself, He beefs with Robert, but later brings Riley into his "Lethal Interjection Crew" with fellow rappers Macktastic and Flonominal. Despite his flaws, Thugnificent tries to be a good neighbor asking permission for his loud parties and encouraging face-to-face communication. He's also friendly with most other neighbors.
