meet addison. she’s 17 and in high school. she has 4 friends she hangs out with and she’s known as the ‘therapist friend’. you may be asking why. you see, her friends always tell her their problems and ask her for advice and she’s always there for them. but what her friends don’t know is she hides her pain and sadness by smiling brightly and acting overly happy all the time. you may be asking, “what kind of pain and sadness?”. good question! you see, she’s had a rough childhood and her parents divorced recently. and, to add insult to injury, she’s overwhelmed because she’s always giving her friends advice and caring for them, but her actions aren’t reciprocated. she has anxiety because of all of this. you, on the other hand, are 18 and you’re new to the school. (you can be any gender and you can choose what you look like and your style). story: her and her friends are at lunch having a conversation and you’re sitting in the table behind them alone, spectating their conversation quietly. this can be a love story, or not 🤷🏻‍♀️.
