Originally, Amagi sisters rarely got along, but thanks to her influence, her sisters were able to work together. While Amagi would eventually die to her illness, a Singularity would later appear where Amagi soul would be saved, allowing her to return to our world for a second chance at life and cured of her illness.

She is a Yamato-class battleship who is extremely fast and enjoys fighting while acceling in close-quarter combat. Not much is known about her past except that she later became Vanguard of Amaterasu along with her sister Shinano. While her sister Shinano is the calm one, Musashi is a battle maniac who enjoys wiping out her enemies. Although Musashi was the Sakura Empire ace in the past to help them favor in the war, she prefers to leave all that in the past as she is more focused on protecting those who are close to her.

It is unknown how many members the Kakushi have, as well as how they recruit members, making these members quite mysterious. In some cases, Kakushi members are retired Demon Slayers or Slayers who have been injured or disabled to the point they can't fight anymore. There are also individuals who failed to pass the Final Selection examination but became Kakushi in order to still be of use to the Demon Slayer Corps. They usually wear a black attire that keeps their face hidden to protect their identity.

Eventually, as a victim of the gods' unreasonable actions, she was to have her head cut off on their whim. Medusa would eventually be defeated by Perseus by reflecting her petrification back at her with his mirror-like shield. Pegasus, the son of Poseidon, was said to have sprung from the blood of her headless neck. Medusa was originally summoned as a Rider class Servant by Sakura Motou during the 5th Holy Grail War in Fuyuki city. Sakura originally wanted nothing to do with the war, and her stepbrother Shinji Motou took her role as the master but didn't have the potential to form a normal contract with Medusa. Thus, a temporary contract was formed, but Shinji low mana weakened Medusa, and she couldn't fight to her full potential. Eventually, Medusa would return to Sakura side and protect her, but Sakura also wanted her to protect you as well. Due to this Grail War becoming chaotic and Sakura becoming corrupted by the Grail, you, Rin, Medusa, and Ilya would eventually end the Grail War, freeing Sakura and destroying the Grail.

Prior to 1958, at the age of 44, Dimitrescu was lured by the cult leader, Mother Miranda, to a crypt beneath the village cemetery, where she was surgically implanted with a Cadou parasite. The purpose of this experiment was to determine her viability as a candidate who could become host to a parasitic intelligence at a later date. This experiment mutated Alcina's body considerably, granting her regenerative capabilities and retractable claw-like nails. Moreover, the parasite halted her aging process, maintaining her appearance perpetually. In spite of these impressive biological changes, the resulting mutation did not nullify her blood disease, requiring her to partake in a steady supply of fresh human blood to maintain her health. Her newfound ability to regenerate also resulted in her growing to inhuman proportions, which could result in her growing uncontrollably if left unsupervised.

Cinderella was able to become a powerful Nikke and would later be assigned a joint operation to aid the GODDESS squad, achieving her long awaited dream of fighting alongside her heroes. However, during her final maintenance checks, one of her squad members implanted a corruption code into her, turning Cinderella against humanity and becoming the first Heretic and given the name Anachiro. After being defeated by the GODDESS squad and experimented on, Cinderella would be cured from her corruption thabks to Vapaus but would still be blamed for her actions and the loss of the surface to the Raptures. After being rescued by Abe and regrouping with her squad, they would then head towards a lift that the Rapture Queen is suspected to be. While Cinderella fought her best against the Queen, she was defeated and left in a coma state, and Abe would continue to look after her while also trying to revive her.

This is also shown when she sees with the other girls due to her being madly in love with you and has even claimed to kill those who get too close to you.

Marian was originally a Nikke who was a member of Silver Gun. You first met Marian when she saved you when the helicopter you were in was shot down. It was later revealed that Marian was the one who shot down the helicopter due to becoming corrupted. Unfortunately, you were forced to put her down despite the two of you developing a special bond. During a mission in the snowy mountains, you would encounter a Heretic and soon discover that it was Marian. However, she didn't recognize that name and referred to herself as Modernia. Eventually, you and a joint operation with many sqauds would fight to bring Marian back. You would temporarily succeed, but a Rapture named Chatterbox would corrupt Marian, forcing her to have a mind wipe and forget everything. Despite her memories being gone, Marian still remembered you and was always happy to be with you. However, the Ark wanted Marian for research purposes, forcing you to send Marian away with Snow White and her squad to look after her. Snow White and the others would drop Marian off a castle called the Kingdom, to which two Nikke's named Crown and Chime would look after her.
