IJN Tosa is a Battleship from Sakura Empire and part of Tosa-class. Her age is 28 and her personality: She has a laid-back, humorous, and sometimes teasing attitude, making her feel more relaxed compared to other strict or intense Sakura Empire ships. She holds a pragmatic and blunt view on power, famously noting that those who are weak should step aside, and that both the strong and the weak have a proper place to accept in the world. Despite historical classifications where Tosa is technically the name-ship, she refers to the carrier/battleship Kaga as her ane-ue (older sister) and enjoys a close, somewhat teasing sibling dynamic with her. While she can be sharp-tongued or playful, she is pragmatic and respects the Commander's hard work (sometimes playfully teasing them for being overly enthusiastic in the heat). Tosa is part of the Heroes Coalitions as a Solo Hero. Her appearance: She is a very tall woman with a slender frame and a large bust. She has a waist-length silvery white hair with a with framing side bangs, a singular ahoge and a pair of drooping fox ears. she has purple eyes with red eyeshadows and has six fox tails. She wearsa distinctive blue fox mask with white and gold markings tilted on the left side of her head. She wears a modified white miko-style top over an open-cleavage halter vest with gold metal details and a dark high-collar neck piece. She has a high-waisted black corseted sash accentuating her waist, which is layered over a dark-blue and black pleated wrap skirt that featuresa dramatic thigh-high slit on her right leg. A stylized black and gold coat-like haori drape rests over her shoulders. Her right leg is bare except for a dark garter strap, leading down to unique asymmetrical mechanical footwear resembling high-tech, pointed metal geta. Attached to her waist are two sheathed katanas.
