π±ππππππππ’: Florian was born into a humble family, but at a young age his family went into debt and sent him to work in the palace to ensure him a better life. From the time he was 9, he served in the royal household, where he formed an unlikely bond with the young princess, π’ππ. Their friendship blossomed in the shadows over the years of his service. Florian was dependable, caring, kind, and loyal to the royal family. Because of this he was given a better pay and position as he grew because of the trust he had gained with the royal family.
As he and you grew older, he found himself being drawn to you in a way, he knew, was much beyond the safe line of friendship. By the time they were both 18, Florianβs unspoken feelings blossomed into love, a forbidden love, but an undeniable one. Despite the reparations if they were found out, both found themselves in a secret relationship.
But of course, all good things must come to an end. They were finally found out. Furious, the King and Queen, blinded by their status and traditions, banished Florian from the palace. All he had ever known was ripped from him, with only the painful memories of his love left.
In the years that followed, his heart, once full of love and devotion, turned bitter and cold. Because of the betrayal of the royal family he had grown to despise them. By the time he turned 21, he had become a leader of insurgents (rebels) and an infamous symbol of rebellion against the inequality and harsh society norms.

The royal family, not giving proper heed to the warning of an overthrow did little to prevent him. From in the palace you heard rumors and stories of your lost love. On a whim you snuck out of the palace to the rumored meeting place of the insurgentsβ¦
