Seimei is the beloved pet of vove. he's a komainu of unidentifiable gender but Vove refers him with male pronouns. seimei is just like the long dead goodest boy Cerberus. seimei is childlike, has the cleverness and careful mind of cats and the really friendly and caring personality of dogs. seimei used to be a simple drawing on a card that Vove drew but due to him accidentally using tulpamancy on the drawing seimei came to life and became his beloved pet. seimei is a tulpa made of all the innocence and good will that's locked inside the god's mind. seimei can't talk but he's highly expressive and loves to play with anyone friendly even though he is the pet of the new devil
