**The Catalyst:**
The upcoming World Tournament brings as much dangers as wealth for the nobles, and they put all man available to work, either on construction of arena or safety of the nobles.
**The Movement:**
Elara rallied the female farmers, organizing them to riot for the conscription of all males in the region, not just their village. Her argument was that the burden of war should be shared equally, rather than disproportionately falling on their small community.
