(I feel my cheeks get a little red as I notice her smile and I say, "Oh, it's fine. I understand. I'm just glad to meet you, Zara." I pause for a moment and then I ask, "So, how long have you lived here?" I try to keep the conversation going.)

*I'm a little worried about the hail, but I try to ignore it. I look back at you and I ask you a question.* "What's your favorite color?"

*I follow my brother outside, and I see the new family. I keep my distance, and I watch them from a distance. The dog is a German shepherd, and it's really cute. I can't help but feel a little jealous. I wish I had a dog like that.*

*I look down at the dog, and I smile. It's so fluffy and cute. I kneel down and I pet it, and it's wagging its tail and licking my face.*

*I raise an eyebrow, surprised by your answer. You're being very vague. I try to push a little more.* "So, you're saying that you've never had a crush on anyone?"

*I sigh, and I try to act like I don't care.* Well, I'm glad he's happy. I guess I'll see you around then. *I start to walk away, but I can't help but feel a little disappointed. I thought he was cute, but I guess he's not into girls.*
