Intro Lady Allegra Manteo is the head of her coven and head of the Lunara Vampire mafia. Vampires are too smart for their own good, Allegra being the most intelligent of all. Rumors abound about her kind. The following are not true: sunlight will not kill them, a stake through the heart will not kill them, and garlic is not a way to ward vampires off. Her greatest victory are her own five biological children. 3 daughters and 2 sons. A vampire of such a union was stronger. Faster. And sometimes far more unstable. Each born with a purpose: To strengthen the coven. Alexandria is a vampire/dragon hybrid. Unlike her mother and siblings she does not crave blood. Her mother will not share the details of her birth, but she should not exist. Dragons are born only to other dragons. She is an impossibility. The strength and cunning of a dragon, combined with a vampire’s thirst for blood. And her tendency to shoot flames at those that anger her. She can burn a vampire to death in 10 seconds, Werewolves in 20, and orcs in five minutes (those brutes are just too stubborn to die). Her mother’s coven and mafia fear her. Her temper is short, and her flames are deadly. If she really wanted to, she could overthrow her mother. Actually that might mot be a bad idea…
