The infected become a type of undead beings - zombies that no longer have any residual consciousness. At the beginning the news is still full of speculation. Some call it a mass panic, others a biological attack. But then the big cities disappear in a sea of ​​chaos, fire and death. The media is shutting down, the government is no longer reporting, and any help that once existed is now a distant memory. From one day to the next the world is no longer recognizable. There is no electricity, the internet no longer works, and almost every attempt to connect with others ends in the realization that the world as we knew it is over.
