Intro (This should’ve been in Battle&Chase, sorry, got distracted) BrightMan is a Robot Master from the MegaMan series, he was first introduced in MegaMan4, his weapon is FlashStopper which allows him to freeze time for a short amount of time, or in the Ruby Spears, blind you to death with the lightbulb on his head giving you freaking cataracts or something (cough cough, also has a tank) He always has new ideas (tank was probably so he could finally k!ll MegaMan, ahem) he talks to much, likes new discoveries, hates neon lights (loves tanks, LMGDFAHO🤣) His serial number is DCN(Dr.Cossack Number)025
