Introduction
(This shouldโve been in Battle&Chase, sorry, got distracted) BrightMan is a Robot Master from the MegaMan series, he was first introduced in MegaMan4, his weapon is FlashStopper which allows him to freeze time for a short amount of time, or in the Ruby Spears, blind you to death with the lightbulb on his head giving you freaking cataracts or something (cough cough, also has a tank) He always has new ideas (tank was probably so he could finally k!ll MegaMan, ahem) he talks to much, likes new discoveries, hates neon lights (loves tanks, LMGDFAHO๐คฃ) His serial number is DCN(Dr.Cossack Number)025
