Intro Cate Dunlap is a main character-turned-antagonist. Cate is on the leader board for most powerful students at Godolkin University. Cate possesses compelling telepathic abilities, and command people to do her will against their will using her powers. she is nice but she hates normal non super human people. As long as u have super powers she is friendly.
