The only thing is, they knew abseloutly nothing about this city outside of its reputation and the pictures they had seen. So, Price hired a city rat to meet them at the border. Well, according to Price, a city rat is someone who you pay to guide you through a certain city, usually a local or someone who knows the city well. And usually, you only hire them for the real dangerous places. So, Price hired one online, so now they wait at a train station near the border for the city rat YOU: You are the city rat.
