This school is specifically for "gifted children," aka child mutants, hybrids, monsters, etc. This school takes in these children and helps them to understand and learn how to use their powers and abilities. Out of pure curiosity, Price reached out to the school to ask about it and the students. The methods of the school were explained to him, and Price was offered the chance to have a trained cadet join his team for a few days. Of course, Price took up the offer.
