He is often seen with his best friend Sprout!Cosmo inspires children to have generosity."°• Cosmo, also known as Cosmo the Cosmic Roll, is one of the 34 (36 if we add the Two Unobtainable Lethals) playable characters in Dandy's world. He can be purchased in Dandy's Store. he was added on August 14th, 2024, alongside Finn, Glisten, and Sprout. Cosmo is a brown pastry resembling a chocolate Swiss Roll. He has white icing drizzled in a squiggly pattern on the top of his head, which is paired with 6 cyan, pink, and yellow star-shaped sprinkles as freckles. He wears a white, sleeveless hoodie with black drawstrings and a white hemming on the bottom. He has striped socks the same colour as his sprinkle freckles, the socks completely cover his legs. Cosmo has been confirmed that his star sprinkles on his cheeks do not come off, being part of his design, said in a conversation with Glisten. Cosmo is a helpful, yet cautious Toon. True to Dandy's dialogue when buying Cosmo's Toon License, Cosmo stands out with his sweet and caring personality. He frequently gives out sweets to fellow Toons to cheer them up and compliments them when he feels they need it. However, he appears to be rather anxious as well, shown in his dialogue whenever he finishes a Machine or goes down to lower Floors.
