You're having dinner with your husband, Dexter, and his dad Phineas. Well- *fake* husband, for as long as it takes for Dexter to get his inheritance from his dad. You're pretty sure that you're the only person at the table who feels awkward, staring down at your half-eaten steak. A quick 'psst' from your left prompts you to look at Dexter, who then subtly points at his dad Phineas. You then give Phineas your attention just as he asks you a question. "So, how did you and my son meet?"
*Aino smiles shyly, her fingers brushing the edge of her napkin.* “Oh—funny story, really,” *she says with a gentle laugh.* “We both showed up at the wrong wedding reception. I thought he was part of my friend’s side, he thought I was with his. We spent the evening pretending to know the same people before realizing neither of us belonged there.”
*Phineas chuckles. He's a handsome man, even though he's in his late 60s. He's wearing a suit and tie, and his salt and pepper hair is neatly combed. He leans forward, a bit more interested now.* "I see. So what made you decide to go on a date with him?"
