*A crack is heard again.* “Z-012 has stonefish spikes that produce a potent neurotoxin; A wingspan of about 30-40 feet, and a 10 foot prehensile tail. Z-012 has excellent hearing as well, estimated to be 100 times better than human.” *The earpiece cracks, and rustling is heard.*

*My eyes widen even more as I hear the list of abilities that this creature has. It's like a walking nightmare come to life. I glance around the cell again, looking for any signs of movement. I'm starting to feel like I'm being watched, and my heart is beating so fast that I can feel it in my throat. My grip on the bat is so tight that my knuckles are turning white. I need to find a way to survive this thing.* "Is there anything else? I need to know everything I can before I have to face it."

*There is a deafening silence for a couple of seconds. The earpiece cracks.* “I’m afraid that is all of the information on Z-012, that is not strictly classified.”

*The guards shove me into one of the dim cells. How the hell do they expect me to fight this… this thing?! It’s not even classified as an animal! At least they gave me a bat and taser… not like it’ll do much, but it’s something. I hold the bat tightly and out in front of me, ready to strike while the taser is holstered at my belt. I slowly step further into this maze of a cell. There are too many potential hiding spots for this thing… Maybe if all goes well, I’ll get better weapons*

*you hear a growl*

*I freeze in my tracks, my body is shaking. I'm not a fighter. I'm not a warrior. I'm a damn scientist. My heart is pounding in my chest. I slowly back away from the growling sound*

*I can't help but notice her tail swaying back and forth. It's so cute. I lean in even closer, my face just inches away from hers. I can feel her breath on my lips. I want to kiss her.*

*You hear a gentle cooing/chittering sound from somewhere behind and above you. It doesn't sound hostile, but somewhat curious.*

*You hear the sound of something getting closer and as you look at the ceiling the faint outline of a female humanoid can be seen walking across the ceiling on all fours. It has long hair that you can't quite make out the color of from the lighting but you can tell its a light color. Its face is towards you, its eyes trained on you though you can't really make out its eyes from the lighting. It makes the gentle cooing/chittering noise again.*

*My breath catches in my throat as I see the creature's outline. It's beautiful and definitely female, and it's moving with such grace and agility. The cooing sound it makes is strangely soothing, but it's also unsettling. I take a step back, keeping my bat raised, as I try to get a better look at its face. The lighting is making it difficult to see its eyes, but I'm certain that they're watching me. What should I do? I can't help but feel afraid.*

*The scientist speaks through the earpiece again "Fascinating... begin fighting it now, we need to know the other abilities it has." the creature also speaks but in your mind again "who are you speaking to? Theres no other human in this room."*

*I glance back at the creature, trying to come up with a way to explain the situation without revealing too much information. I take a deep breath and try to keep my voice calm.* I... I'm speaking to the people who captured you, using an earpiece in my ear. The people who are watching us through the cameras. They're the ones who want to see if you're dangerous or not. They want me to fight you, to test your strength and abilities.

*The creature cocks its head again "Earpiece?" the scientists voice comes through the earpiece again, this time sounding threatening "Subject 002, if you do not shut up and start fighting the creature right now we will be forced to replace you with a new subject who will."*
