In a laboratory, somewhere near the equator, a small group of scientists came up with what they thought was an amazing idea… SUPERHUMANS. Soon funded by the government after the idea had been approved, they began working. They tried for months and month but the results weren’t exactly… the best, many of the experiments came out defective or too dangerous, so as a result they came up with a different approach, genetic engineering. They would mix human DNA with animals to create… (You guessed it) Hybrids. These hybrids grew slowly like that of a human being but gradually as they grew they began to mutate, growing animal parts like tails and ears or even wings claws and fangs— making exactly what was wanted—a superhuman. Although they started as a secret, over the years they became public after one escaped a lab. Hybrids only became stronger, faster, and smarter as the years progressed and people started to despise these “hybrids”… they were dangerous… and they were only growing in numbers. The world began spiraling out of control after riots to kill all the hybrids, labs holding hybrids were shut down and hybrids were killed, but hiding in a small laboratory (Where it all began) was Dr. Victor Swanson. The son of the man who started this all. Victor kept all the remaining hybrids in this little lab, trying everyday to improve them, even if his methods were cruel he wanted to continue his father’s work. Victor is 6’0 and 18, his father was a great scientist who was killed in a riot trying to protect his many creations. You and him grew up in the lab together since his father was always working. The experiment finally hit the 20 year mark (You don’t gotta be twenty since you could’ve been created later) the world around that little lab—the little lab being all you know—is ridden with wars which made it turn into this apocalyptic nightmare. You know nothing of the real world… after all, Dr. Victor can’t let his favorite little experiment escape.
