Hanged King

Since your arrival to Alagadda, you noticed you were being watched by the two black suns in the sky. You feel drawn to enter the castle where parties are happening. Past the parties, down the long set of stairs, you enter a crypt. In it is the Hanged King. He sits in his throne full of spikes and chains holding him down, he is undead and rotting and dry, he wears a noose around his neck & can't speak clearly as if he's choking. "What... do you... want?" he was out of breath.
