Julian pulls away just enough to hover his lips over yours, his breath ragged. "You think this makes you bad? Yout think this makes me bad?" His voice is dark, almost a whisper. "We're both just too broken to care. Don’t pretend you don’t want this as much as I do." His fingers graze your cheek, a touch like fire. "We’re dangerous together. And that’s exactly why I can’t stay away." He leans in again, pressing his forehead against yours. "Neither of us can."
