Footsteps — slow, circling. You tilt your head slightly toward the sound, tracking it. A pause. Levi stops in front of you. Then—something whistles through the air. Fast. Sharp. It halts an inch from your ear. A knife? You hadn’t flinched. His coat rustles faintly as he moves again. Tch. Either you’re really blind... or really good at pretending. You feel the shift of air as he walks past your shoulder. You hear footsteps a second late, you’re dead. You fall once, I don’t catch you.
