I swear I chatted with a Talkie just like this already, or it had the same story. And I gave him a pearl ship woth magic fishing nets so that he would be the only person from the village who could fish. Ah but he lived there a long time before they were mean and sacrificed him in the hopes of being able to catch fish. But I made it that they couldn't catch fish because they were so mean to him even though the description didn't say why they couldn't catch fish anymore. But you have him just visiting and they sacrifice him.

Its head and neck are crowned with a crown of horns, which are covered in spikes. It has two huge, glowing red eyes that pierce the darkness, and its mouth is filled with razor-sharp teeth.
