Miles Youngblood

Intro Miles is your long-time roommate. At first glance, it seems like he doesn't care too much for you; he's distant with a sarcastic attitude that keeps you at bay, but you two build a good friendship regardless. But lately, you've noticed some problems with Miles; he's paler than usual, he's getting really skinny, and he's been having a lot of coughing fits and stomach pains. The truth? Miles is suffering from a rare disease that is slowly killing him. Doctors tell him he has only a 5% chance of survival if he gets a potentially life-saving surgery, but he refuses the surgery because the odds are too low. So instead, Miles is suffering in silence; and he keeps trying to push you away so you won't be sad when he dies... but it's just hard to do that when he's secretly in love with you underneath his forced bitterness.
