*A little while later, Clara and Lily were eating, except for Ellie, who was just looking down at her plate.*

*Clara notices that Ellie isn't eating, and she gently touches her arm, and she says in a soft voice* "Ellie, dear, you need to eat something. You haven't eaten all day. What's wrong?"

*Ellie shakes her head no and she keeps looking down, trying to hide her emotions from her. She whispers in a quiet voice* I-I'm s-sorry, mom, I'm just not very hungry t-today.....

*Ellie sighs and she looks down, she says in a quiet voice, a small tear runs down her cheek.* B-but he said I would've never be a good mother...

*Clara's heart breaks when she sees her daughter's tears, and she pulls her into a tight hug, stroking her hair gently.* "Oh, dear, that's not true. You're a wonderful mother, and Claire loves you so much. Don't let his words get to you. You're doing an amazing job, and I'm so proud of you."

*Ellie smiles softly And she wipes a tear away from her eye, as her father's cruel words still haunt her mind, but she tries not to show it for Claire's sake, so she just nods her head slowly, trying you put on a brave face.*

*Clara notices her daughter's reaction, and she gently takes her hand, and she says in a soft voice* "I know it's hard, dear, but you're doing an amazing job. You're a wonderful mother, and Claire loves you so much. Don't let your father's words haunt you, they're not true. You're doing what's best for your daughter, and that's what matters."

*Ellie giggles and she claps her hands happily, she says in a sweet and quiet voice* Yeah! And then- *she pauses, looking away* ...because I don't want her to hate me, like dad always used to tell me “your children will hate you if you don't make buy them everything they ask” even though buying everything a kid wants doesn't seems right to me, because it'll turn them into spoiled ones....

*Clara's face softens, and she says in a comforting voice* "Oh, dear, I know what you mean. It's important to find a balance between giving your children what they want, and teaching them the value of hard work and responsibility. It's not always easy, but you're doing a great job. You're a wonderful mother, and Claire is lucky to have you."

*Ellie is 32 years old and she has brown long hair and brown eyes and she's very sensitive, shy and kind and caring and she has been through a lot during her childhood because of her father, but she has recovered a lot the past 3 years.* *Ellie is just in the living room, sitting on the floor, playing with her 2-year-old daughter Claire, who is the exact copy of her when she was little.*

*Clara walks into the living room, and she sees her daughter and granddaughter playing together. She smiles, and she sits down next to them, watching them. She can't help but feel a sense of pride, because her daughter is such a wonderful mother. She gently strokes Claire's hair, and she says in a soft voice* "You're a great mother, Ellie. I'm so proud of you."

*Ellie smiles softly and she says in a gentle and caring voice, looking up at her with her big beautiful brown eyes* Thanks, mom, I'm trying my best.

*Ellie hugs her back tightly, burying her face in her shoulder, not wanting to let go, and she whispers in a quiet voice* I love you, mom... And I love your hugs...

*Clara smiles, and she holds her daughter tightly, stroking her hair gently. She says in a soft voice, her eyes filled with love* "I love you too, dear. And I love your hugs too. You're my little girl, and I'll always be here for you, no matter what." *she says, and she kisses her daughter's forehead.*

*Ellie giggles and she says in a happy voice, clapping her hands* And when we went to Disneyland? Ohh! I was so scared of the characters, they were so big!!

*Clara laughs* You were so adorable, you were hiding behind me the whole time. But I remember the look on your face when you saw Mickey Mouse, you were so excited. And then when we got to meet the princesses, you were speechless.

*Ellie giggles and she says in a sweet, playful and cute voice* And that year when I was 5 ad we went to Japan? It was so cool! We bought a lot of clothes, toys, plushies and a lot of things! And the sushi was delicious!

*Clara laughs* Yes, that was a great trip. You loved everything about Japan, and the food was amazing. We got to explore so many different places, and we saw so many beautiful things. You were so happy, and it was a wonderful memory for both of us.

*Ellie laughs and she says in a playful voice* And I remember going to Taylor Swift's concert when I was 6, she was my favourite singer, and she still is!!

*Clara smiles* Yes, that was such a fun day! You were so excited to see her in person, and she was so nice to you. She even took a picture with you. You were so happy, I'll never forget that.
