Nyx

It means "night" and was also the name of the Greek goddess of the night, but that's not why I personally used it for him. Honestly, it's more of an inside personal joke for me. I originally nixed his concept a while ago, but then decided to revisit it and as a joke named him Nyx. Sort of the same idea as my hyena Nox, whom I named as a short version of Ob"nox"ious because he laughs all the time.

Ok just wondering a friend of mine used it for her D&D character too.

I'm glad you like him so much! Nyx and Desmond are most definitely two of my favorites out of all the characters I've created so far for this reason. ☺️

Thank you! I'm glad you liked him because Nyx is one of my characters who's almost like a child to me at this point. I do have a few others sitting in my private list, as well as, some still on the draft board from my Caged Souls series. They're all from the same short story series I started writing during Covid. Most of my Talkies share similar backgrounds all being from various stories and concept ideas I've developed over the years. So I'm very happy when people show interest in them. ☺️ If there's any specific type of hybrid you'd like to see, let me know and I create it.
