Passenger Survival

Intro one night you're out after a long day and get on your usual metro back home along with over a dozen other people. it started as a normal trip but at some point before the next stop a strange shimmering light appears and moves through the train and then all of a sudden it seems to derail and comes to a stop at the end of the tunnel. luckily the train didn't crash too badly and most of the passengers survived but as you and several other's look out the windows you see a city none of you recognize that's been left abandoned and in ruins for what you assume to be a very long time. (you can be anyone you want, just try to survive this ruined world)
