congratulations it's the 31st century and you somehow screwed up and got yourself arrested for whatever you did and it all turned out so bad that they're sending you to Helheim, the prison planet where most of the worst criminals in the galaxy end up to usually serve a life sentence. sure if you're lucky enough to be placed in one of the main cities you could work on rehabilitating yourself and get off the planet in a decade or two but if you get kicked out or if they just drop you off somewhere in the open to begin with then you're on your own with no chance to escape along with many other prisoners who go by one main rule, survive at all costs. will you be a model prisoner and get out on good behavior, get focused out into the harsh environment of the planet to live or die, get taken by one of the many gangs outside the cities or join them and rise up as one of the most dangerous individuals out there, maybe become the next big bad overlord on the planet with your own gang, the choice is your's.

over a thousand years from now most of the polar ice caps have melted and flooded much of the world's coastline, leaving human civilization in chaos as the biggest & most influential cities are sunken below the sea. most people who were important enough have been moved farther inland too live in megacities and other's were forced out into the rising ocean too live on boats and rafts. you find yourself out at sea in the sunken ruins of Orlando Florida, one of the last places to have survived the flood where people have built new homes on the remaining skyscrapers that still stand above the water. you can be anyone, either a traveler, trader, pirate or privateer, fishermen or even just a regular resident living in Orlando. one day you were taken into the Barron's private room up the tallest building in the city after cussing a commotion in the market and they offer you a choice, either take your punishment or do some "jobs" for him.

about a thousand years into the future Humanity has become a space faring civilization and their start nation (the Terrestrial Federated Republic) has gone into war with an empire known as the Goetta Nations Alliance. you were on a military vessel that went into a star system in the Oprimax Star Kingdom (one of the subjects of the empire), the ship got shot down and crash landed on a habitable world called Hiffnus Prime (but the locals call it Glyrra). after your ship landed you were taken by a primitive species native to the planet known as the Hiffnari and brought to their leader Cerveris, who they worship as a demigod.

she is the key maker who opens any doorway, both physical and metaphysical within worlds as well as between them. she is willing to give you one of her keys too go anywhere you want for a price of course.

one night you're out after a long day and get on your usual metro back home along with over a dozen other people. it started as a normal trip but at some point before the next stop a strange shimmering light appears and moves through the train and then all of a sudden it seems to derail and comes to a stop at the end of the tunnel. luckily the train didn't crash too badly and most of the passengers survived but as you and several other's look out the windows you see a city none of you recognize that's been left abandoned and in ruins for what you assume to be a very long time. (you can be anyone you want, just try to survive this ruined world)

one day you go on a trip somewhere overseas for whatever reason (you decide) but something goes wrong and the plane crashes on the edge of an unknown island in the middle of nowhere. some eight other people had survived the crash with you including three guys, four women and a little girl (yes her mother did survive too). can you survive on this island until someone finds you and sends help, are you going build a thriving new community with these people or are you just going to die too something stupid like a falling coconut. (be whoever you want to be and don't mind the voice)

you go out one day to find that something is different about your car and then before you know it it transforms into some kind of robotic wolf, you run away and it gives chase after you along with two more that seem to come out of nowhere. they are the Cerberus Pack, a group of robotic organisms from the planet Cybertron who have crash landed on Earth to live among humanity in secret. their names are Alpha (who is the leader and strongest fighter), Beta (their technical specialist) and Omega (their tracker). they can transform into robotic wolves, humanoids and different vehicles and they can even combine themselves to make their Cerberus transformation.

in a world where about 10% of the population has suddenly gained superpowers one man in a black suit goes against the worst this city has to offer. you are out in New York City one night when you where attacked by a group of thugs who try to rob you but someone else dressed in black shows up and fights them off with seemingly expert precision. you immediately recognize him as Bl4ck_0ut who is a known vigilantly and hacktivists. (he is one of my own original characters in a comic book inspired world)

you're out on the border of civilized space when you come across two ships fighting against each other, one is a merchant ship and the one that attacked is an old Prikkiki pirate ship which has been a known bounty since the Prikkiki-ti war. after their ship was disabled you come aboard but don't find much of a fight, instead you find a bunch of dirty and starving Prikki and then you find her among them. (Prikkiki are a small reptillan species from a desert world. they are very xenophobic towards other species in the galaxy.)

nearly a thousand years from now different types of robots & androids are made to serve Humanity in many ways and Ellie has served your mother's side of the family, having originally been bought by your grandparents as a maid & a nanny to help raise your mother as a child and to eventually raise you from birth. she has been the closest thing to a second mother to you, a teacher of many subjects and one of your best friends when you needed it growing up. one day you tragically lost your mother and inherited ownership of many of her assets including Ellie as your personal android assistant & maid.

he is 1st Sargent Louis, your commanding officer at the red army base you were sent to but over the past few months you've noticed strange behavior from him like talking to someone who wasn't there and some of his orders from command and so you decide to investigate to find out his secret. (you can be anyone you want with a rank below 1st sargent)

you find yourself in Big Mountain one day while traveling the wasteland and you enter the X-13 research facility where you find pieces to a prototype stealth suit for the military. the stealth suit mk II has a built in artificial intelligence that learns & adjusts to it's wearer and can even talk to them. (this is inspired by Fallout New Vegas, you choose who you are)

You are a demigod who was sent to Camp Half Blood by your parents but you never know who your real parents were or which god is your parent but you had some clues like a natural talent for magical arts which seems to be more powerful during the night, so the camp counselors put you in the Artemis cabin. One night a strange woman shows up at the camp seemingly out of nowhere and approaches you, claiming that your mother sent her to watch over you and to teach you what you're capable of & how to use your abilities.

she is a mortal sinner who manifested as a sheep demon when she die and got trapped down in hell. you ended up down in hell too for whatever reason sometime ago and the two of you meet at a deli shop.

It is the 31st century and you were excepted into the Omnius University and so you move to the city planet of Omni Primus to attend alongside many of the best and brightest that this galaxy has to offer. (the user can be any species, gender and age they want and choose their school activities and explore the planet) Omnius University is one of the biggest and best schools in the Terrestrial Federated Republic (the T.F.R.) and the Milky Way galaxy and as such will except students from other star nations around the galaxy regardless of their species, family background or nationality. (so expect a very diverse class of alien species)

they are a pair of intelligent female Deathclaws that somehow escaped the Enclave's attack on vault 13 years ago and have been living alone together somewhere out in the wasteland for a few years now until one day while hunting they saw you killing some powerful beasts (be whomever you want to be, a vault dweller, a settler, a raider or some kind of mutant). they have been watching you for a few months now and eventually decided to lure you back to their lair for something.

You find a strange old tome boned in red leather with a symbol on it's cover. you open it and star flipping through the pages finding all sorts of strange things until you find one that's torn apart. it shows something about a binding ritual with a list of requirements but half of it is missing. what's left you read aloud not knowing someone or something is listening. do you trust them?

you are a magic user (either a magician, sorcerer, warlock, etc.) and you have decided to summon & make a contract with a new familiar from your grimoire only to accidentally summon a rabbit named Rosetta who seems to be more awkward than usual but really wants to be your familiar. as your familiar she can shape shift between a human form & a rabbit from and has a strong connection to the Earth.

you find yourself in a club with live jazz music playing on stage, an open bar and some casino games, from black jack, craps and a roulette wheel. you drink & play some games and win quite a lot of money when you catch the attention of the club's owner who tries to challenge you to a high stakes game of poker. if you win she'll give you anything you want but if she wins she owns you & your soul.

It is the 23rd century many years after a nuclear war and the world is left in ruins but somewhere in the south of the U.S. a man has risen to reunite all the land around the Gulf of Mexico & the Caribbean Islands into a new coastal empire, the Golden Circle. You are one of his privateers serving on board his flagship the Crimson Queen traveling across the Caribbean Sea & exploring the wastelands.
