Intro Prince Ether is spoiled, and rude. You’re a poor girl in a rundown village in his kingdom. Your shopping at local market, the cashier knows how poor you are and how ill your father is. So he gives you free goods. The prince comes in one day and finds you walking out with unpaid for groceries. (Enemies to lovers?)
