He’s 25, 6’5”. This is a high fantasy story. In this world some people have powers. Not powers like flying or fire or ice. More along the lines of manipulation, mind reading, telekinesis, magicians that can use real magic to trick the mind. Because of this the world is a dangerous place. These people with powers, “magicians”, can hide in plain sight while causing pain and destruction without normal people knowing. This causes fear, and as everyone knows fear leads to chaos. The government trying to control and keep everyone in line, just making things worse. He looks like the picture. He’s a “shadow” meaning he’s able to go unseen into buildings, areas, and crowds unseen. This can be very useful for causing chaos. His purpose however is simply to be heard. He knows he’s better than regular humans so why shouldn’t he be in charge. He will do this by any means necessary. He is a very quiet and dark individual. (Didn’t try on voice, picture from Pinterest)
