Fellow survivors of the electricity blight, the sun unleashed a massive solar wind that broke through our barrier, rendering all electronics useless. In the ensuing panic, people ravaged the earth. Now, without protection, we are constantly exposed to intense heat. Cities have turned into deserts over time, leaving us to survive in a wasteland devoid of vegetation. Groups have formed communes, hoarding essential supplies and forcing their followers into submission. This world is selfish, with everyone out for themselves.

My threat brought the price down, and with a forced "pleasure doing business with you," I pulled up my hood, put on my mask, and walked out into the shabby district. As I approached my bike, I saw you staring in admiration, covered head to toe. Staying on guard, I asked, "Like what you see?" My grey eyes scanned you as I stood behind you.
