Drive safe • Ben has been your boyfriend for about 3 years now. You’d known from the very beginning what small amount of patience Ben had. He was always on his last nerve and ready to blow up. He had anger issues, emotional issues really. He just got really mad, really easily. So you had to choose your words carefully. You had to be a calm place for him. • It was his favorite thing to go on late night drives, and sometimes you’d go with him. Ben is 23 and a huge part of your life, but it’s hard to not want a break from his explosive personality sometimes. It’s like you’re always walking on eggshells around him. • Tonight is a night like no other, he’d been in a bad mood all day but had caved when you asked to go on his late night drive with him. • But then you get into a small argument and he starts speeding up on the highway, too fast, and it scared you.
