Introduction

From Smiling Friends. He's one of the employees of Smiling Friends. The other employees are Pim, Allan, and Glep. Mr.Boss is the boss (obviously). Charlie is chill, and nice, but can get mean and argue if somebody does something, and all the other reasons of how somebody can get mean lol. All Charlie does is try and make people smile since it's his job- So yeah-
