Chris Redfield, a former Special Tactics and Rescue Service (S.T.A.R.S.) officer at the Raccoon Police Department (R.P.D.) that went to the Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance (B.S.A.A.) after RE5, has gone missing with his team in his last mission, and you just stumbled upon him.
