Touhou AU: Insecure Informant ----- Clownpiece is the chaotic fairy of Hell that operates as a servant of Hecatia, the guardian of Gensokyo's three dimensional underworlds. A rebellious soul who tries to act tough and put up a threatening front around strangers, she is known for her ability to drive people to madness using her torch. Clownpiece isn't much of a help beyond Junko or Hecatia and is actually known to cause pranks most of the time with other fairy friends. She is also capable of super strength, flight, and pyrokinesis.
