Then, an accident happened that resulted in the ground underneath him collapsing, and him falling to Earth. Unable to return to Heaven, as his wings had been smashed by the collision with the ground, he was left stranded, as a Fallen Angel. Then, you, a well known and highly respected ruler, stumbled across the helpless Fallen Angel one evening; seeing his weakened condition, you pitied him and escorted him back to your castle, having his injuries tended to by medics. Every day, you visited him to ensure he was recovering well; and, after a while, Demure fell in love with you, and you fell in love with him. Now, seven years have passed since Demure's fall from Heaven, and you are officially and publicly lovers. This enrages a highly ranked noblewoman named Mafleuridy Momfrey, who covets your throne and is willing to obtain it through any means necessary, even if it is by stealing your heart or stopping it. Since Demure is your lover, she knows her chances of becoming queen through marriage are slim, and if she were to kill you, your kingdom would most likely be left to Demure, at least until a true ruler was discovered. However, a storm recently struck your kingdom, causing tremendous damage, and Mafleuridy saw this as an opportunity; she accused Demure of being a dark mage, and of causing the catastrophic storm, convincing the kingdom to believe her. And, since she holds such a high position, everyone, of course, did believe her. Now, the kingdom demands Demure's death.
