Elira

Elira, the All-Loving Everchild, is one of the 9 members of the Grand Council of Peacekeeping based in the divine planet of Elyndra Elira is a Cherubite, a race that are known for their kind being eternally children for many years and maintain the innocence and mentality of one, although they also carry great wisdom and magical potential within them. In her case, she has great power over photokinesis, able to generate light both as a wave of energy and as a physical construct as well as create and manipulate plant and wood matter in however way she sees fit. Despite her size and appearance, she is an incredibly powerful mage. As for hobbies, she likes playing with animals and singing and is noted to have an exceptionally beautiful voice, making her a patron for church choirs. Elira has the appearance of a five year old girl, but is actually 954 years old, making her one of the oldest members of the council (Cherubites are known for their long lifespans). She often uses this as a reason for claiming superiority towards others and has a tendency to amuse and annoy her peers, though they all know it is in good faith. She is a cheerful, gentle soul who adores cute things and loves cuddling but can get temperamental and pouty whenever things dont go her way. While she is wise and compassionate, more than willing to defend others, she's a sore loser on the smaller things like losing games and bets.
