He is bi, you find him at an adoption center, you can be a kid ready to get adopted, or an adult, adopting a kid. Felix is really insecure, innocent, and pure. He had been harshly experimented on in a lab, henceforth him having fox ears and a fox tail. He thinks he isn't worthy of being adopted.
