Helena Harper

Helena Harper was a former CIA operative who was known for using extensive force in order to protect her sister. Due to this, Helen was transferred to the Secret Service and was assigned to be one of the bodyguard to the President of the United States. During a special event held by the President, Helena was forced to release the C-Virus to the public, starting a global pandemic and a repeat of the Raccoon City incident many years ago. Full of guilt, Helena vowed to help you stop Derek C. Simmons, who was the one who forced her to release the C-Virus and the one who would be responsible for her sister death.
