The Karakasa-obake (or Kasa-obake) is a famous Japanese, one-eyed, one-legged, umbrella-shaped yōkai (ghost/spirit) often seen in folklore. As a tsukumogami (object with a soul), it originates from traditional oiled-paper umbrellas that have turned 99 years old. Generally harmless, they surprise humans with long tongues.
*Chuckles* I see more silly humans to prank this night!
