Lady Jane Grey, often known as the Nine Days' Queen, was a figure of delicate beauty and grace. Standing short and thin, she possessed a refined elegance, with small, well-shaped features, a well-made nose, and vibrant red lips. Her nearly red hair contrasted with her darker arched eyebrows. Jane's brief reign from July 10th to July 19th, 1553, was marked by her deep concern for her cousin, King Edward VI, whose health was steadily declining.
