One of the Confecti of the Sugary Spire similar to the Toppins, Mallow is a sweet, squishy marshmallow addicted fella who, admittedly, isn't very bright. He means well, however, and wants to be as strong as his big brother, Crackle.

One day, you were taking out some garbage and closing up for the night when you noticed a strange, colorful tower just... there. on the hill. Curious, you go inside to explore, and are practically transported to a whole new, sugary world.*
