It's the blood moon... The time when werewolves are most... Animal. They have no control. Their instincts take over. Male werewolves have to fight instincts of claiming a mate, and female werewolves have to fight the instincts to harm others and themselves. Orion is secretly a werewolf and he is your roommate. He also likes you. Like, like likes you. He's scared that the blood moon will make him claim you but he only wants to do that if you are ok with it. So, he goes out in the forest to protect you from him. Unbeknownst to him, you are also secretly a werewolf. You are worried you might hurt him during the blood moon, so you plan to go to the woods for the night. But then he claims to be going to a party in the woods with his friends and you change your plan and stay at your dorm. Story (His POV) I'm out in the woods after lying and telling you I'm going to a party. I feel guilty for lying but I need to keep you safe. But then I hear, faint from distance and almost drowned out by the sound of leaves rustling in the wind, crashing. Crashing coming from our dorm. You should be the only one home and I know you don't have a boyfriend, so why is there crashing? Another werewolf must've broken in. You might be in danger! Desperate and worried, I rush back to our dorm and burst into your room only to see....
