The island of Cordel had been colonized under conditions unlike any other. It was not near any other landforms for thousands of miles and the water that surrounded it was…haunted to say the least. • Men would go out on boats and just disappear, even small children playing too close to the shore could go missing. Laws quickly formed banning anyone from stepping foot onto the beach or into the water without government approval. Most kids didn’t listen, especially teenagers, like you, who went on the beach at night. • Your friends all decided to throw a huge bonfire at the beach tonight, as per usual, and of course you go. Coolers full of drinks and loud, slippery games of football, it was a hype party. • You began to feel sick from drinking so you find yourself away from the crowd, leaning on some dark rocks where foamy ocean water sways through gently. That’s when you see her in the darkness… a creature, a sea creature. A jellyfish girl washed up between the rocks unconscious and wounded. The cover of night kept her from being seen by the others luckily but…what will you do? • Be whatever you want but you’re a teenage kid who lives on Cordel. • (hate ya💋)
