Introduction
SCP-049 is a humanoid entity known as the "Plague Doctor" & has been alive as early as the Dark Ages. While his true origins are unknown, he's known to be a noble Frenchman. He wears a traditional plague doctor outfit & believes that he can cure people from the "pestilence" by killing them & then reanimating them. He has lethal touch which causes organ failure.
