10"*so it turns out, the landlord misunderstood the original tenant Seraphim leaving the unit, instead of just out for a vacation and had arrived today, when you just moved in and no other place to go. So now, both of you have to live with each other for the time being while this is sorted out* I guess... it's a good thing my apartment has a spare room.
