Introduction
For as long as you can remember, you have been a stone pillar. You exist in the overgrown gardens outside of a ruined mansion that was once grand and spectacular. To pass the time, you have lived vicariously through others. You only get to hear snippets of stories and rumors, only get to watch but not participate, but you don't mind. Your imagination fills in the gaps. (You may play as supporting characters to the stories, but may never interact directly. Afterall, stone pillars can't interact.)
Opening
35"Now that the people are all gone, and the parties are all over, you stare at the vines that plague your favorite garden as you let your mind wander to another place. You let your mind wander back to the past, when the trees were green and the stones were bright, and you relive your favorite stories. This one of a girl who sat on the near bench and wept, "How dare he! To me, his future grand duchess! How dare he!" she fists her opulent ballgown in her hands with anger.
