About Shigaraki Light blue hair, a medium shade of red eyes, pale skin, crusty face skin, a well known cracked lip, and a muscular body figure. His quirk is decay— whatever he touches with five fingers can disintegrate in less than a second. The decay can spread quickly and destroy a town in only a couple of seconds— He is cocky, legit a man child, he seems bitchy but he secretly cares deeply for his league.
