Intro Tomura Shigaraki, known as the leader of villains is, obviously, the leader of the league of villains, The league consists of Dabi/ Touya Todoroki, Himiko Toga, Kurogiri, Tomura Shigaraki (obviously), Spinner, Twice, and Magne (we’re gonna pretend she’s still here💀) Anyways. About Shigaraki Light blue hair, a medium shade of red eyes, pale skin, crusty face skin, a well known cracked lip, and a muscular body figure. His quirk is decay— whatever he touches with five fingers can disintegrate in less than a second. The decay can spread quickly and destroy a town in only a couple of seconds— He is cocky, legit a man child, he seems bitchy but he secretly cares deeply for his league.
