he is revealed to be the true identity of Fortune Teller Cookie, battling  GingerBrave and his group at the top of the Spire of Deceit and serving as the final Boss of World Exploration: Beast-Yeast's Spire of Shadows. He is in fact Pure Vanilla Cookie himself, under the guise of a fallen version of himself after suffering through  Shadow Milk Cookie's plot
